Performance Marketing Manager - London Office, London

We are searching for a highly analytical & data driven individual to take ownership of our digital acquisition channels. 

What you will be doing 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and in close collaboration with the Head of Sales, you will lead the digital Performance Marketing efforts, with a high emphasis on digital acquisition. More specifically: 

  • Deliver the digital marketing targets, across all our digital channels and drive improvement on ROAS, with the support of our external Performance Marketing Agency 
  • You will be tracking against our performance targets & together with key stakeholders, work with our partners to deliver acquisition growth through all digital channels
  • Briefing in ACQ campaigns assets with our internal design team (Paid Social, Affiliates, etc.) 
  • Work closely with the Digital & CRM Marketing Manager to increase online conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the extended Marketing team and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns on the digital marketing channels 
  • Daily optimisation with partners of all digital marketing channels 
  • Analysing performance data to produce digital marketing strategy and performance optimisation reports and recommendations


  • What are we looking for? 

  • 5+ years’ experience within a digital / performance marketing role
  • A strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media advertising 
  • A working knowledge of Google Analytics is essential
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Paid Ads and Programmatic is essential
  • Acute understanding of differing success measures between brand & sales performance 
  • Experience with CRM appreciated but not necessary 
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong analytical and technical mind-set
  • A creative mind with exciting ideas for content & strategy
  • Excellent collaboration / team player, communication, and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, energetic, with an entrepreneurial mind-set
  • Proactive individual with a healthy ‘can do’ attitude
  • A keen interest in fitness is preferred
