We are recruiting for a Sales & Events Co-ordinator to join our team at Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa.

As a Sales & Events Co-ordinator at Nutfield Priory Hotel & Spa you will be responsible for converting enquiries into bookings, recording all event requirements on our system (Opera) and ensuring a seamless transition of information to the operational team. Additional administrations tasks will also form part of the role.  

You will be the ultimate people person who enjoys building positive relationships with everyone you meet. You are also sales focused and enjoy making recommendations to meet the needs of your clients and their budgets. You will be organised, with administrative or Hotel experience and a flexible approach.

This role involves working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday,  9:00am - 5:30pm.

About you:

  • You’re passionate about ensuring the perfect delivery of client events, from meetings to private functions and weddings, and have excellent attention to detail
  • You have high standards of personal presentation, able to confidently represent the Hotel and its high standards
  • You have the ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a friendly, warm genuine and approachable manner
  • You will live locally to our Hotel or within a reasonable commute
  • Knowledge of "Opera" is desirable but not essential
  • Most of all, you'll have a professional, organised and friendly approach
