We’re here to change this by introducing Beth Tweddle Gymnastics as a creative environment making the experience of learning gymnastics enjoyable for children and their parents in a fun, clean and safe environment.

The Program Coordinator role is integral to the day to day running of the gymnastics program and operating of the center, providing a high-quality environment and product to our customers. The Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Impact Coordinator to ensure that we are running the programme as efficiently and effectively as possible to meet commercial goals.

Main Duties:

  • Understand and achieve business KPIs
  • Advise on developments to the programme, themes for consideration and continual improvements including movement strategies
  • Assisting the Centre Manager with all new business acquisition
  • Developing quality working relations with partners to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Maximising the timetable and ensuring we are driving the financials of the centre
  • Ensure all programme and customer collateral is up to date and of a high quality by reviewing regularly and delivering improvements and refinements
  • Support delivery of the gymnastics experience to include showing customers round the centre, driving memberships and attending regular meetings with the gymnastics team to share best practice
  • Develop and Identify a new sales process and successful strategy for future growth
  • Work with the marketing team to collaborate, support with sales resources and align all products
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
  • Create a motivational and healthy atmosphere for sales performance
  • Identify opportunities for new client / partnership acquisition
  • Monitor competition and other sports providers
  • Find prospective customers and new target segments
  • Reviewing feedback from customers relating to programme delivery and devise action plan for improvements to positively impact our retention programmes
  • Deliver on projects throughout the year to improve and evolve the programme
  • Utilisation: In line with triggers and KPI expand and create capacity in line with the demand
  • Responsible for reviewing the products, the programme, awards system, and update this accordingly to ensure we are market leading in our offering
  • Competitor analysis of other programmes and offerings in the gymnastics market
  • Manage program budget and schedule ensuring efficiencies
  • Develop an understand of the basic financial management of the centre including:
  • Profit and loss
  • Gross cost per venue and break-even points
  • Working to budgets for new projects, venues and marketing
  • Monthly attendance targets
  • Deliver against a marketing strategy to ensure the centre runs at a minimum of 85% utilization and 98% retention
  • Regular meetings with gymnastics manager and gymnastics management team to ensure alignment to objectives and performance KPIs
  • Support the delivery of fun and inspiring lessons using gymnastics teaching resources
  • Help deliver exceptional customer care to every gymnast and family member
  • Opening & closing the gymnastics building
  • To maintain the facilities hygiene, operational and safety standards, striving towards a 5-star monthly audit score
  • Adhere to Total Gymnastics Academies policies and procedures as per the company handbook
  • Always ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
