Job title: Party Administrator

Location: Sheppey and Swallows Leisure centres

Working Hours: 15 hours per week, mornings, evenings, and weekends

Salary: Up to £9.50 per hour + excellent benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Party Administrator to join our fun and vibrant teams at Swallows / Sheppey.

The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for dealing with all admin duties for Children’s parties that take place at Swallows / Sheppey.

In this role you will book in parties from our customers dealing with calls, online and email bookings, ensure all is paid for and the parties run smoothly. You will also deal with complaints if any arise, as well as push marketing and outreach. Lastly, help with any other duties as required.

About you

We are looking to hear from candidates that have previous experience of dealing with customers in a busy environment.

 
You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, the ability to handle cash and maintain customer records, as well as a good telephone manner and confident with using IT systems.
