Based: East Croydon/ WFH Hybrid

What you need to know about the role...

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead on the operation of price & promotion changes, ensuring all relevant parties are informed & actions delivered to maximise commercial impact
  • Identify opportunities to optimise existing processes to support the Commercial & Marketing teams
  • Drive ancillary product penetration into both new & existing members across the estate, utilising digital trading & CRM teams to do so
  • Support in the development of the framework by which pricing & promotions decisions are made; performance is continually tracked & decisions are retrospectively assessed
  • Work closely with the Data team to maintain & develop our reporting suite, with a focus on promotion & ancillary revenue performance
  • Support the Launch teams with the overhaul of our internal process for site launches to ensure it is fit for scale

What we need from you:
  • Excellent communicator, with the confidence to manage relationships with stakeholders across all levels & teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with an ability to understand data to derive insights that will deliver revenue positive initiatives
  • Proven track record of delivering & optimising process improvements in previous role(s)
  • Autonomous self-starter with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced organisation with continual change
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Previous experience in a subscription or multi-site business desired but not essential
