The Role

• Taking responsibility for the smooth running of the Centre
• Delivering fitness classes, coaching, and other activities inherent in the Centre’s program
• Personally ensuring that equipment is at first-class standards in both safety and cleanliness at all times
• Ensuring that Health & Safety standards are managed and met
• Working with the team to help us achieve our mission to help people in our community Move More Everyday

The Person we are looking for

• Committed to providing a First Class Customer Service
• Enthusiastic and friendly
• Confident in dealing with a diverse community in a polite and professional manner
• Able to cope under pressure
• Have excellent communication and sales skills
• Be proactive in increasing participation
• Have great time management and be organised with work demands
