The stores are uniquely zoned by key sports categories which include; SD Football, SD Running, SD Training (fitness, cross training, gym equipment, weights, boxing, yoga), SD Rackets (badminton, tennis, squash), SD Swimming (pool, beach, water sports), SD Sports (basketball, rugby, extreme games, cycling, skates & indoor games), SD Lifestyle (Men, Women & Kids) & SD Outdoor (Hiking, trekking, camping & fishing).

Job Description

  1. Plan, strategize and  manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) including social media Live stream, email marketing and affiliates program
  2. Plan and develop creative and engaging content
  3. Create and post regularly on all digital platforms with latest information e.g. new promotion, products, launching and other marketing activities
  4. Create and analyse social media advertisements performance for both e-commerce and retail campaigns
  5. Optimise marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate quality lead and improve sales based on insights and assess against ROIs and KPIs
  6. Work with e-commerce team, creative team and marketing team to ensure accurate and on-time implementation of marketing campaign
  7. Stay up to date with latest technologies and trends
  8. Analyse and update weekly report on digital marketing performance


  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience and specialized in social media marketing
  3. Knowledge of Google Analytic, Facebook Advertising, TikTok advertising
  4. Require skill(s): Social Media Marketing, E-commerce Marketing, Copy Writing, Data Analysis &Video editing
  5. Passion for social media
  6. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
  7. Multitasker, creative copy writing, understand sales funnel
  8. Ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplined team
  9. Good interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  10. Pro-active / 'can-do' attitude with the ability to deliver end results and make things happen
