Spa Receptionist - Wimbledon
Based: Wimbledon Leisure Centre & Spa - Spa Experience
Spa Experience is looking for detail-orientated reservations assistant to help guests with their booking needs. If you have the passion for people needed to deliver a first-class customer experience, this is your chance to become the friendly voice of our Spa Experience brand.
As a receptionist, you'll enjoy making a difference to every guest you speak to, being their first point of contact before they begin their journey at one of our spas. Problem solving and swift action is key to this role as you need to make the booking experience as easy as possible for all clients. Often a guest's first port of call, you'll answer the phone, deal with transactions, handle any queries and manage bookings.
Our ideal candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of what our brand has to offer. Good IT, literacy, numerical and communication skills are also key to this role - combined with the ability to quickly get up to speed on our systems.
