The Grand Hotel Llandudno boasts 168 classic bedrooms and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full Time Receptionist on to the team.

As Receptionist/Events and Wedding Co Ordinator you will be required to;

  • Preparing for Arrivals and departures and checking guests in and out.
  • Checking all bookings and assisting guests with queries and helping make their holiday a great experience and assisting the front of house manager with the day to day running of the reception.
  • Completing all reception tasks and paperwork and cash handling and banking.
  • Looking after and planning future Events and weddings by promoting the hotel and venues and giving the best experience to our guests and organisers organisation and planning is key and building a great relationship with them.
  • Following up on new leads and generating more business and revenue for the business.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. Knowledge of Hotel Booking systems would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be able to work during the weekends.
