Apply now and you could be working for The Britannia Hotel in Aberdeen! The Britannia Aberdeen is a 252 bedroom-hotel which features the Millers Brasserie & Lounge, a delightful restaurant, serving a range of Brasserie style meals an a la carte menu.
Due to continued expansion we are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our exciting team at the Britannia Aberdeen!
As Receptionist you will be required to;
- Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively.
- Maximise room sales and to promote food and beverage facilities.
- Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
- Carry out cash handling, balancing floats.
- Answer telephone enquiries and take messages.
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. Knowledge of Hotel Booking systems would be advantageous. You will be required to work between 20 to 40 hours per week on a variation of early and late shifts as and when required.
