The Grand Scarborough boasts 413 classically-styled bedrooms and offers a 24-hour Front Desk due to the Hotel’s popularity and location. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Receptionist onto the team. 

 

As Receptionist, you will be required to;

  • Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively.
  • Maximise room sales and to promote food and beverage facilities.
  • Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
  • Conduct cash handling and balancing floats.
  • Answer telephones and taking messages.

The successful candidate will have a proven history of working in a customer facing role in a fast-paced environment ensuring the highest standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. Knowledge of Opera  would be advantageous, however not essential. This role is available on both a Full Time & Part Time basis with Flexible contracts starting from 8-40 hours per week.
