We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Payroll Team. The individual must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. Willing to learn, eye for details, head for numbers and good communication skills are a must.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

  •  Basic administrative duties
  •  Processing Weekly starters/Payrolls
  •  Making telephone calls
  •  Answering email and telephone enquiries
  •  Inputting information gathered onto spreadsheets
  •  Reporting to supervisor

 

No payroll experience is necessary as full training will be given.

 

The successful candidate will face tasks with a “can do” attitude, will have excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels and an attention to detail.
