Our 96-Bedroom hotel is the perfect location for business meetings, weddings & event bookings. Our spacious Bolton conference venue can accommodate up to 120 guests, we offer a range of conference venues alongside high quality facilities to assist guests in their business event. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Night Receptionist to join our team.
As Night Receptionist, you will be required to;
- Check guests in and out.
- Run the Nights Audit.
- Answering the telephone and address all enquiries.
- Deal with any guest requests.
- Follow hotel fire regulations and procedures.
- Follow all Nights procedures and any other duties as and when required.
- Complete nights cleaning checklist.
The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and efficient. You will have excellent customer service and care. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
