The Grand Burstin Hotel features 481 well-appointed guest bedrooms and due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Nights Receptionist on to the team.
As Receptionist, you will be required to;
- Check in and checkout guests and groups effectively.
- Maximise room sales and to promote food and beverage facilities.
- Provide information to guests on all hotel products and services.
- Conduct cash handling and balancing floats.
- Answer telephones and taking messages.
The role is available on a casual basis only. Your typical working hours will be from 10pm until 7am, however, you may be required to work late Reception shifts, either from 2pm until 10pm, 3pm until 11pm or 4pm until 12:00am. The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
