Here at Warner Leisure Hotels, we are currently looking for a Digital Content Executive to join our wonderful Content Team.

Purpose of the role:

Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, the Digital Content Executive is responsible for managing the content and supporting the development of the Warner digital channels in order to engage and inspire guests.  Thereby developing the Warner Leisure Hotels brand and ultimately, improving conversion.

Role responsibilities:

-Understand the digital guest journey; create copy and content that improves guest satisfaction

-Be responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and sales promotions on the Warner website

-Support the digital requirements for all 14 hotels in order to ensure that content on the website is relevant, up-to-date and achieves business goals

-Liaise with the Holiday Sales Managers at each hotel to ensure the website content is timely, relevant and that all information is correct

-Use the content management system to update content, copy and imagery as required

-Ensure all photography, artwork and video is delivered in line with Brand and Creative guidelines

-Support the Digital Content Manager with embedding best practices, improving work-flow and processes for the Content Team

-Participate and contribute to project teams with the goal of improving the digital guest experience to deliver future commercial growth

-Measure, analyse and report on results with recommendations - develop an understanding of all the metrics that drive a successful website

-To measure and understand the performance of the campaigns and to make recommendations on how best to optimise them

-Liaise with stakeholders across the Hemel support centre and at individual hotels to ensure that all content is timely, relevant and accurate

Role requirements:

Essential:
-Experience of using a Content Management System to create and publish content
-An understanding and use of website analytics - ideally Google Analytics
-An understanding of how website content supports online campaigns, particularly SEO.

Desirable:
-Regularly visit Hotels to understand the product and, more importantly, the guests
-Where necessary, control relevant budgets and reconcile accordingly
-To carry out any other ad hoc task as and when required.
