The Britannia Wigan is a 124-bedroom hotel that boasts 15 self-contained conference rooms, which can accommodate up to 300 delegates with plenty of space remaining for syndicates. The hotel also boasts its very own on-site restaurant and lounge bar. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant on to the team.
As Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be required to;
- Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and customer care are set and maintained by all staff.
- Ensure that all procedures are performed correctly and efficiently at all time.
- Maximise sales and profitability within the department.
- Ensure that stock control procedures are adhered to and checked at all time.
The successful candidate will be 18+ due to some bar work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as Food & Beverage Assistant in 100+bedroom hotel. You will be organised, punctual and well presented, with excellent communication skills and customer service.
