The Airport Inn offers The Terrace Restaurant, popular for its buffet breakfast and our scrumptious carvery meal. The hotel also offers 9 conference rooms catering for between 4 to 120 delegates and frequently hosts wedding functions and receptions. Due to continued expansion we are looking for Bar Manager to join our team.
As Bar Manager, you will be required to;
- Take full responsibility for stock and money on the bars.
- Recruit, train, develop and manage all bar staff.
- Ensure all staff work within the confines of the Licensing Law.
- Effectively control stock movement and all money received.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Bar Manager. You must be able to plan, rota and control wage costs within company guidelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively towards deadlines.
