Bosworth Hall Hotel is a 210 bedroom-hotel that boasts two separate bars; the Java Lounge Café Bar & the Courtyard Bar. We also offer on-site catering and have a variety of function rooms, seating up to 220 people and suitable for every occasion, due to high demand we are looking to recruit a Full Time Bar Manager who wants to move forward in career.
You will be required to ensure the highest standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will recruit, train and develop bar staff in line with current and future business requirements. You will also ensure that Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.
The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as Bar Manager in 100+ bedroom hotel. You will be organised, punctual and efficient. You will also have excellent communication skills with both colleagues and with customers.
