The Basingstoke Country Hotel is a 121 bedroom-hotel that has ten conference suites in total, ranging in size from smaller rooms seating up to 30 guests, ideal for meetings, to large suites seating up to 240 people. These versatile rooms make the hotel the ideal venue in which to hold a congress, meeting or convention for the Surrey and Hampshire area.

 

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Full Time Assistant Operations Manager who will assist the Operations Manager to identify new sales opportunities, new business potential, new companies and developments as well as working in co-operation with other departments, developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supervising the operations of a hotel containing 100 bedrooms or more. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are also required for this role.
