This is a great opportunity for a chef who has a particular love for pastry and who wants to develop and grow with an experienced Chef Brigade

Your day with Team Carden:

  • Creating delicious desserts as well as our afternoon tea menus
  • You will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, supporting menu development that works alongside the main menu
  • You will be responsible for achieving gross profit margins, stock rotations and maintain a safe and hygienic workplace.

Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, working both evenings and weekends.

Salary £20,000 - £21, 300 per annum

Providing world class service is at the heart of everything we do. You will be part of a creative, busy and energetic team of Chefs who cater for our guests across 8 kitchens throughout the resort. You will be enthusiastic, a great team player, passionate about creating beautiful desserts, who wants to gain further experience of working in a pastry kitchen. As part of the Carden kitchen team you will need to have previous proven experience of working within quality establishments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a luxury resort and learning from Executive Head Chef, Graham Tinsley MBE and his excellent Chef brigade.
