Summary

We're looking for a F&B Team Member to join our team here at Hardcastle Crags.

Hours: Flexible hours, to be discussed at interview. A variety of working patterns are available, which will include weekend working.

Contract: Fixed term until 31-Oct-22

Salary: £9.60 per hour

This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible.

Hardcastle Crags is a unique site within the National Trust and the role of Team Leader is a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate. The site is spectacular across all seasons and is loved by generations of visitors with an enriched surrounding nature and a fascinating history. Our café is set in the heart of the valley and acts as both a destination and rest-stop for visitors of Hardcastle Crags. Our team in The Weaving Shed Café is small and inclusive, sharing a passion for both food & beverage and creating wonderful experiences for our customers. This site is part of the West Yorkshire Group and is a sister property to East Riddlesden Hall & Marsden Moor.

What you'll be doing

You will work alongside the Food & Beverage team, volunteers and other teams on property to ensure every visitor receives outstanding customer service. It is important, as a face of the charity, to create memorable experiences for both members and visitors and to represent the values of the National Trust. A passion for both customer service and food & beverage is a key element of the job along with the ability to work well in a busy environment.
