Summary

Salary: £9.60 per hour

Hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible

Contract: Fixed-term contract until 31 December 2022

What you'll be doing

As a member of the Weddings & Functions Team, you will deliver outstanding customer service to our clients and their guests. You will assist in the effective operation of the Bar offer in a variety of duties, which could include basic beverage preparation, bartending (including barista & cocktail skills), maintaining presentation and cleanliness standards and supporting the opening and closing of the bar, as well as the clear down of the barn after an event. You will do everything possible to maximise sales so that the profit can be reinvested in the National Trust conservation priorities. You will be part of a broader team of staff in the Weddings & Functions department and on the property, delivering great service to guests and visitors and promoting our Weddings & Functions business and conservation work. 

Desirable: Full UK Driver's License
