Working as a Beauty Therapist, the yearly salary on offer is £22,308 per year( plus gratuities).
As a permanent contracted Team Member, you will enjoy time and a half for any overtime, including bank holidays.
At the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian, we are proud to guarantee every team member at the hotel a UK Hilton Minimum Wage of at least £10 per hour!
In the event of relocation from a different part of the UK or further, we can offer comfortable en-suite accommodation, on property until you find your new home (subject to availability).

As a Team Member for the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian you are responsible for overseeing your department to deliver an excellent Guest and Team Member experience in accordance with the True Waldorf Service Standards.
Learn and provide 1st class treatments to guests and members
Have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards.
Efficient and friendly support to other Team Member within own and other departments
Take care of working equipment and sample inventory of products
Manage and keep the room and surrounding spa area cleaned and stocked
Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, consultation cards and product recommendations
Assist and work towards monthly sales targets
Know about the facilities of the hotel and Hilton International in general
Cover reception duties including welcoming guests, treatment reservations, spa tours and product sales
Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team
Ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of guests by optimal service taking account of the established standards
As a Beauty Therapist you will work your hours per week, including, but not always, weekends and bank holidays

Relevant qualifications for the role: Minimum NC Beauty Care (SCQF Level 6) or equivalent- working towards HNC or HND Beauty Therapy.
