Kitchen Administrator

Salary £11.50 an hour plus Service Charge –approx. £4,500/year

Working hours are 8am until 4pm role almost entirely Monday –Friday ( there may be some exceptions)

Conrad London St James is in the centre of London and?one of Hiltons three Luxury Brands. The hotel is renowned for its excellent service and is in the top 5% of hotels in London and the Top 10 % in the world.  

Our Exec Chef, and our 2 Head Chefs are so busy creating our award winning outlets that we need to have someone who can lessen their load of administration and give them support.

The duties are simply to support the admin process with office, administration co-ordination, secretarial and system administration, HR admin and food ordering. This is a dynamic team and we can promise you will never be bored.

We are a modern, contemporary truly luxury hotel. Please find a short video which will give you an insight into how beautiful it is as shown by our GM. Here you will get a real insight into the restaurants and bars.

In the last 12 months, we have totally refurbished all the food and beverage outlets and the façade of the hotel. We have four new Food and Beverage outlets in partnership with Sally Abe who you may well have seen in the final on the BBC Great British Menu. Recently we have won numerous awards and it is our plan to get even more.

The Blue Boar Pub, opened May 2021, which is a contemporary take on a British pub The Hedgerow, the hotel’s first cocktail bar, which takes inspiration from the beauty of the traditional British countryside The Pem, a glamourous and elegant restaurant in the centre of the hotel showcasing classic British cuisine using modern techniques The Orchard, for afternoon teas and lighter meals We are located in the heart of Westminster, and have easy transportation links on our doorstep.


  What are we looking for?

This is a fabulous starter role in Hotel administration You need to be organised, systematic and good at verbal  communication and excel   Confidentiality of all office and Hilton international corporate matters A great sense of humour This is a 8am -4pm role almost entirely Monday –Friday ( there may be some exceptions)
