Salary: Up to £34,500 (Basic salary £29,000 and service charge between £4,500 - £5,500)

We are looking for an assistant manager who wants to join our passionate, exciting and proud team.  We are winners of ‘one to watch’ Estrella Damn National Gastro Pub Awards 2022 and the county winners for pub and bar awards in Greater London. We are looking to build a team who want to have fun, learn and perform at an award-winning standard.

Blue Boar Pub is a comfortable and relaxed modern take on the classic London pub, in the heart of a real ‘local’ iconic Westminster. At Blue Boar we’re all about proper pub dining, served with craft and international beers. Our menu reflects the best of British Pub dining, created by Ayala Female Chef of the Year 2021 Sally Abé, who you may have also seen Sally on Great British Menu currently on BBC. We are keen to express personality through our food, service and drinks.

What will I be doing?

Manage the Pub service to consistently meet high standards Effectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back-of-house throughout service Ensure Team Members maximize all sales opportunities and consistently maintain brand standards with high levels of customer service Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner Accurately manage all transactions during service Manage Team Member schedules, stock, and wastage levels
