The Pem won the One to Watch in The National Restaurant Awards Blue Boar the same award in the Estrella Gastro Pub Awards 2022

As a member of our team you will have the chance to work within an amazing kitchen brigade with strong leadership and development for your career, working with Sally, who puts her own exceptional fine dining twist on the classic British cuisine in the Pem and her menus in the Blue Boar which is the food we all want to eat in a British Pub.

Located in the heart of Westminster the restaurants and bars are 

The Blue Boar Pub, opened May 2021, which is a contemporary take on a smart  British pub The Hedgerow, the hotel’s first cocktail bar, which takes inspiration from the beauty of the traditional British countryside The Pem, a glamourous and elegant restaurant in the centre of the hotel showcasing classic British cuisine using modern techniques The Orchard, for afternoon teas and lighter meals The kitchen also prepares the food for meetings and events, the executive lounge and In Room Dining  What will I be doing?

Mainly working from 5:00am until 1pm - 5 days out of Team of 2 breakfast chefs in total Supervise staff if required Prepare all mise-en-place for breakfast buffet and/or any other meal periods Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner Ensure food is good quality and stored correctly What are we looking for?

Previous kitchen experience in similar role Positive attitude Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work on own or in team Intermediate food hygiene Salary
The salary for this position is up to £12.63/h plus an expected average annual service charge likely to be between £3000 - £5000.
