This role is field based covering the South depots. 

About the Role 

The planner / Data Analyst supports creating a plan to maximise the benefits and efficiency of service and
compliance. Supports the N/S Regional Warehouse and Transport Resource Managers, supporting the
depots in execution  

You'll be responsible for: 

Be obsessed about our purpose and our customers in line with charter and plans in place to deal with volumes ensuring we serve customers better than anyone else
Deliver all key commercial targets through executing and maximising the most efficient plan
Work in partnership with the depot teams to monitor the situation and adjust requirements where necessary to support one best way of working
Drive a high performance culture through communication and engagement
Support the compliance agenda and address any appropriate action plans
Utilises MI / data to identify trends and patterns of concern or opportunity, using this proactively to make sure that the resources are invested where it matters the most to our customers / colleagues
Spot issues or opportunities and works with the depot teams to implement solutions
Invest your resources where it matters most; really considering how to prioritise your time and resources

About You 

You'll need to be organised and have excellent written and verbal communication skills as the role will require you to network with colleagues from all areas of the business. You'll need to be flexible and adaptable to allow you to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You'll have experience in working within teams and managing time efficiently. Ideally, you will have experience of transport planning and working with Paragon, however this is not essential.
