Deputy Manager @ Starbucks Liverpool Street Station.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Deputy Manager, to support the day to day operations at our Starbucks at Liverpool Street Station: this is an incredible opportunity to join our experienced management team in an exciting and busy environment.

You will be part of a global company – SSP, a leading operator of food and beverage concessions in travel locations, operating restaurants, bars, cafés, food courts, lounges and convenience stores in airports, train stations, motorway service stations and other leisure locations. We take great pride in developing our teams to provide the best food, drink and service for our customers in what is often a very busy environment. 

Reporting directly to our General Manager, as a Deputy Manager your working week will be varied; from being hands on and leading the team from the front, to assisting the General Manager in recruiting, training and meeting key financial targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Previous experience of managing a diverse team of people in a similar environment
• Experience in coaching, training, mentoring and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service whilst meeting financial and operational targets
• Previous experience of having P&L financial exposure and exercising the necessary controls required when running a unit - (control of GP, labour, profit etc.)
