Our Support Assistants help with all aspects of maintaining PGL’s activity centres, which makes for a varied and challenging role.
You’ll carry out regular patrols of centre grounds to ensure our guests and colleagues are safe, learn and help manage our security systems in place, for example CCTV and barrier entry, respond to any guest queries – solving any issues and communicating outcomes to other colleagues/departments as necessary.
No qualifications are required, but if you have driving licence that would be helpful! If you’re enthusiastic, have a willingness to learn, and can deliver high standards of customer service, you’re the person we’re looking for.
We offer a competitive wage, paid monthly. Opting into our on-site meals and accommodation packages also means that you’ve got no further bills to worry about, so it’s a great way to save, and we offer 20% discount to colleagues in all our on-site shops and bars! All your uniform, training and qualification opportunities are also free of charge. On top of that, PGL provide a fun, supportive environment that allows our colleagues to have a great time and develop their future career.
