We’re currently recruiting new Catering Assistants to join the team in 2022. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from friendly, knowledgeable catering professionals in a fun working environment.
Whether you’re looking for a new career or you already have experience, you’ll be supported every step of the way of your working adventure as a PGL Catering Assistant. You’ll get to develop your skills from the ground floor, from pot wash to food prep. The chances for progression are all dependent on your own ambition. Many of our Chefs started as Catering Assistants before further developing their career.
If you’re enthusiastic, have a willingness to learn, and can deliver high standards of customer service, you’re the person we’re looking for to join us in the kitchen.
As a Catering Assistant, if you choose an accommodation package, you can earn up to £273 disposable income a week after your food and accommodation. With no additional bills all you have to worry about is enjoying your amazing new job!

Successful applicants are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure, which PGL will pay for. You need to possess the legal right to live and work in the UK to be considered for employment with PGL. * To be eligible for the bonus, you will need to start with PGL before the end of May 2022 and work through until the end of our operating season. You will receive £250 in your first month’s pay after completing your probationary period, and the second £250 payment will be made in your final month’s pay.
