Senior Fitness Coach - Edinburgh

Type: Full - Time position

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, NO WEEKENDS OR LATE-NIGHT SHIFTS. Combination of early and late shifts between 6.30am and 7pm.

Salary & Benefits: £23k per annum + opportunity to deliver PT sessions. Health Cash Plan and Private Medical Insurance available, and a wide range of other health and wellbeing benefits including C2W, internal & external training etc. Company sick pay scheme. NEST pension. 

Location: AEGON, 1 Lochside Crescent, Edinburgh, EH12 9SE

Qualifications: CIMSPA / REPS Level 3 Health & Fitness; Ability to teach group-based activities.

Skills: Excellent communication skills. Passion for health and fitness. Ability to assist the programme lead in the delivery of a comprehensive wellness programme, including in person and online fitness classes and exercise programmes. Ability to engage with AEGON’s workforce and motivate others to achieve their goals. Some operational/reporting responsibilities. Candidate must have a strong passion for health and wellbeing.
