As the Social Media & Communications Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our following and engagement across all our channels, helping Eataly reach and retain audiences.

The Social Media & Communications Specialist will do this by creating, sourcing, scheduling and monitoring content for our website, newsletters and social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and more, writing and publishing various pieces, focusing on digital content regarding the Eataly store, our culture, values, events and products.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR...

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, digital comms or similar.
  • Previous experience managing social platforms for a brand ideally in the hospitality industry
  • Further education in Marketing, English, Journalism or similar preferred.
  • Perfect fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Professional experience in a similar role previously.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Ability to present examples of copy writing or content creation work.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail orientated with good multitasking and organisational ability.
  • Desire to check and double check work in preparation for publishing.
  • A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture.
  • Ability to work well as part of a large team.
  • Right to work in the UK.
