Accounts Payable Assistant

Bourne Group are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Assistant to work within the award winning, fast paced exciting Accounts Payable Team.
The role is based at our head office in Hemel Hempstead.

The AP team is responsible for ensuring all transactions are processed and paid in a timely manner (400K transactions PA) using our core systems - Coupa, Dream and SAP Concur.  There is a clear connection to all brand teams at our HO as well as teams at our resorts, hotels, parks and our suppliers.

The AP Team is forward thinking and performing well when compared to peers in our industry with over 80% of transactions being received electronically. This would be a fantastic opportunity for an individual who can bring their own expertise, passion and drive to add to this great team.

Your Opportunity:

- Working across three well known Brands
- Working with key areas across the business to include Procurement, Application Support and Teams on Park, Resorts, Hotels
- Being part of a diverse team

What we'd like you to bring:

- Detailed knowledge of Accounts Payable/P2P and all it entails
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Customer focused with excellent customer service skills Positive outlook and highly motivated
- Good technical skills to navigate around systems Experience of working in a Shared Service Environment
- Good Excel skills experience of pivot tables & formula (test during interview)
- Experience of Coupa & Concur is preferred but not essential
- Working knowledge of P2P systems preferred
- Team player
