As a Marketing Executive you will join our Hemel based marketing team within Caravan Sales. Haven has a balanced business that supports both Holidaymakers and our Holiday Home Owners.  The Caravan Sales Marketing Team support the lead generation and conversion of any sales enquiries about Holiday Home Ownership. The role involves liaising closely with the central team and park teams to produce engaging, relevant and interesting content with clear CTA's, across varying channels that creates confidence and trust around owning with Haven and the lifestyle benefits that it brings.  Dependent on workload, timelines and seasonality, this role will also support and get involved with a number of other activities including campaigns, toolkits, specific park support.   It is an extremely fast paced role that requires strong prioritisation skills and an ability to work on a number of tasks simultaneously.

The Purpose of the role:
To deliver engaging communications that supports the research journey of our Holiday Home Ownership leads.
Building trust and brand credibility with engaging relevant content with clear CTA's and content that follows the brand guidelines ensuring consistency & synergy between central campaigns
Plan, build and execute our e-communications according to the plan set by the CRM Manager
Liaise with the parks on requested communications required to support the delivery of their commercial pitch profitability plans.
Use analytics to support the content of our e-comms - central, behavioural and triggered
Working closely with the Telemarketing team to ensure that they are aware of all communications
Support the creation artwork for central campaigns working closely with the campaign manager ensuring artwork is on brand
Regularly collating the reporting of all communication channels (website, emails, Facebook)
Working closely with the Central Operations and other central teams along with the park teams to share planned activity information as well as collaborating on joint activity and agreeing content, purpose and objective.
Ensure data requests are timely, accurate and fully checked against the database
Raising POs raised as required
Supporting on any other ad-hoc requirements
