Head of Customer Relationship Management - Holmes Chapel, Crewe

Full time – Fixed Term Contract (initially 12 months*) - Grade ELT £Competitive salary + PRP

*with option for shorter/longer FTC to suit & potential for permanent role at end of FTC.

As one of five exciting opportunities on our new Everybody Leadership Team the Head of Customer Relationship Management role comes at a great time to make an impact on the future of our local charity and help us go & grow again!

We’ve set a new 3-year business plan with many ambitious developments and the Head of Customer Relationship Management will help bring these plans to life - ultimately resetting every customer’s expectations!

Working initially on a fixed term contract basis, the Head of Customer Relationship Management will conduct an end-to-end customer service review of all Everybody’s corporate to customer interactions, followed by re-designing and implementing (potentially) organisation-wide change.

The Head of Customer Relationship Management is perfect for a passionate customer success professional:

  • with a commercial mindset and social heart – are you at a point in your career where you’re eager to embark on a medium-term task & finish project with the feel good factor?
  • that’s a data-driven problem solver as well as digital & tech savvy – can you translate & relate tech language across our charity and bring it to life for all stakeholders?
  • who has experience of business process re-engineering and managing complex change of systems, processes & people.
  • with experience of working in the health, fitness and leisure industry OR a comparable multi-dimensional business that’s fast moving and had to respond to tech changes …

As  a senior leader in our charity the Head of Customer Relationship Management needs to “join up the dots” – realising in practice for all stakeholders the connection between what the market is telling us, the future of the health, fitness & leisure industry, and current customer/industry needs - placing digital at the heart of any new offer alongside optimising Everybody’s strategic advantage of having well-placed, modern and affordable facilities.

You’ll be a strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels whilst managing a high volume, pressurised workload, and consistent performance at a high level through the balancing of competing priorities, complex situations and tight deadlines is key.

All five new leadership roles create plenty of opportunity to bring new ideas - so a dynamic, passionate, proactive demeanour with an ability to take real ownership for decisive decision making is crucial.

With a can do attitude and customer focussed approach, we welcome applicants that are self-starters, flexible, and ready to passionately embrace our vision, values and the many new exciting plans for the future as we enter our next chapter.
