Our onsite purpose-built laundry services all aspects of our diverse business including our production units, Spa and pubs/holiday cottages. The Laundry is open 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm. Experience in a similar role would be desirable.

Main responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop your team through appraisal, learning and development
• To assist the facilities team to ensure the Laundry operates within internal audit requirements, ensuring all due diligence is completed
• Ensure cleaning orders are accurate
• Plan rota effectively to deliver target wage cost
• Work with internal customers to stock take linen
• To compile usage reports for internal customers
• Ensure all Laundry policies and procedures are properly documented, readily available to and understood by the team
• Maintain a safe workplace in the Laundry
• To ensure timely turnaround of laundry
