Sous Chef - Birmingham, West Midlands

Gaucho are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our Birmingham restaurant. As Sous Chef you will report in to the Head Chef, support the Head Chef with the management of the kitchen and also lead by example as a Sous Chef delivering exceptional quality food. 

This Sous Chef role will suit someone who likes a fast paced environment, has experience as a Sous Chef working with fresh food and feels strongly about serving exceptional quality. 

We are a premium Argentine steak restaurant concept and so this Sous Chef role will benefit someone who has strong previous grilling experience. All of our beef is sourced from Argentina and requires skill and devotion to deliver the standard expected.
