WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are searching for outstanding Commercial Graduates to join our bustling Sales and Revenue team.
You will be a Graduate with a minimum of 2:1 Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a?hospitality, events or business-related subject.
As a confident outgoing individual with fantastic interpersonal skills , you will have a strong desire to succeed in a customer-focused role.
You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment whilst retaining a sense of calm under pressure, have the natural ability to build rapport, a positive outlook, ability to handle complex information with accuracy and an exceptional eye for detail.
You will be a top multitasker with strong analytical and problem solving skills with a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure.
Strong IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office products is a must for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As a Commercial Graduate, you will play a vital role in the success of our award winning bustling Sales & Revenue team, generating revenue for the Celtic Collection across all properties within The Celtic Collection and across all products inc. rooms, golf, spa, leisure and activities and conference spaces.
This?two year?graduate rotational program will provide comprehensive exposure to the Sales and?Revenue function within a world-renowned and industry-leading hospitality business.
It will comprise of three rotations across three departments – 2 x 9 months & 1 x 6 months – giving you the opportunity?to experience how each separate business function comes together to support the success of the?organisation.??
Our Reservations team play a vital role in the success of our?innovative and?forward thinking?business making bookings and?generating revenue for The Celtic Collection across all aspects?including rooms, golf, and spa. You will deal promptly,?efficiently and pleasantly with incoming calls, gaining the?maximum information from the caller?in order to?appropriately?sell and identify opportunities to upsell, achieving the best?possible rate and maximum yield.
You will assist with handling incoming sales enquiries?for all types of events and will work proactively to convert?enquiries into confirmed bookings. You will professionally?promote and sell all The Celtic Collection facilities at appointments,?over the telephone or via email and will assist in conducting?professional and effective show-rounds of all Celtic Collection?facilities.
You will assist the Revenue Manager in managing the yield and revenue for the Celtic Collection in order to achieve or exceed the budgets for all areas of the business. As part of the program, you will help to produce reports with relevant analysis and propose ideas to maximise revenue. Additionally, you will carry out all rate set up and set strategies in place within our booking systems and ensure all actions and results are recorded.
You will be part of a team making a difference by delivering professional guest experience in a friendly and engaging way. You will utilise exemplary sales techniques and guest service skills while having a fantastic eye for detail.
