Breakfast Chef - Eastbourne, East Sussex

Our friendly kitchen team are looking for a Breakfast Chef. This is a great opportunity who has a passion for cooking and would like to work straight shifts.

You will be based in the Main Kitchen and will be responsible for the breakfast service for our guests which will include preparing and cooking hot and cold food for the breakfast buffet as well as cooking hot breakfasts to order.

You will be working full time, 40hrs per week five days out of seven.

Shift times are 7am -3.30pm.

What we need from you…

• Level 2 Professional Cookery qualification, or equivalent
• At least one year’s experience in a similar environment, with a good understanding of all basic techniques and an ability to deliver to an excellent standard
• To love what you do and be keen and eager to learn
• Enjoy working as part of a team and have the ability to work under pressure, especially with multiple food orders in a short space of time.
