Ganger Farm Sports – Part Time various hours available per week and/or Bank Staff

Up to 18 month contract

£20,115.00 - £21,337.44 pro rata for hours worked

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive contribution to make best use of Ganger Farm Sports Pavilion, a brand new multi-sport hub in Romsey.

To be effective in this role you will have a passion for getting people active and a keen interest in Sport or Leisure and Recreation. A flexible and considerate approach is key to working with clubs to accommodate different users and ensure efficient changeover of space between bookings.

The role involves the day to day operation of Ganger Farm. Ensuring a high level of service is provided to users and local residents keeping the centre presentable, little free, and ready for use. This will be a hands on role where you will need to demonstrate an aptitude for customer service while also maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across the site. Working with customers and organisations to accommodate bookings and providing initial first aid when required.

Reporting to either the Operations Manager, or Duty Manager when on shift to enable numerous groups to use the centre. You will be a self-starter who is observant of the finer details required in running a high standard leisure facility.

The role will be based at the Ganger Farm, Romsey, but the ability to travel when required would be advantageous. Normal working hours will be on arrangement with the Operations Manager, where the centre will run on a rota across seven days. Operating hours will be weekday afternoons and evenings, and daytime during weekends on a rota system.
