Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor

Chester | Fitness | Permanent | Full Time | Salary £20,883.20 per annum. Realistic OTE £26,000.00

40 Hours a week.

This is not just a PT role! We have a unique opportunity for the right individual to join our successful, corporate club in Chester. We are a small team, so you will have the opportunity to be involved in, and learn all areas of the business. From social media and marketing, to finances and purchasing. And of course, you'll need to show your outstanding Personal Training expertise to really make a difference to the health and wellbeing of our members.

Our fairly sociable operating hours are definitely a perk to working in corporate. We are open Monday to Friday 6am - 7pm, we're closed weekends and you'll never have to work a bank holiday!

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor, you'll have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. You're organised, friendly and highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach a range of classes and perform fitness assessments.

As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor, you will:

• Be responsible for opening and closing the club, fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes

• Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes, from Spin to Kettlebells

• Promote and carry out our unique Health MOT, a health assessment that empowers members to work towards manageable personal goals

• Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities

• Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice

• Deputise for the Programme Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience
