A thriving Pan-Asian and sushi cafe in the heart of quaint and historic Windsor, Intoku specialises in delicious Japanese-inspired cuisine and bubble tea. We serve both an independent local delivery and dine-in offering from our eye-catching pink cafe, adorned with cherry blossoms.

Our team of expert chefs have trained for years, perfecting their skills and dedicating their time to learning the classic Japanese recipes. We train chefs from diverse backgrounds in every aspect of Japanese food preparation, who take real pride in their accomplishments. We’re proud to use only locally sourced ingredients and provide vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Our passion for customer service and developing community relationships shine through in the performance of all our staff members, front and back of house. Our team are hardworking, fun-loving, and enthusiastic about providing not only the best sushi and Pan-Asian cuisine possible but an unforgettable dining experience too.

We’re looking for a new Head Chef at our Windsor location. If you’re a cheerful, hardworking, outgoing, and upbeat individual, this could be an exciting opportunity for you to further your career!

2021 is set to be an exciting year for Intoku, with a brand new restaurant opening on the cards. There will be plenty of opportunities for growth in your role at Intoku Windsor.

If you have experience working with sushi before, a passion for food, and the right to work in the UK, we’d be happy to hear from you.
