The Role

As a group fitness instructor, you will play a pivotal role delivering our group classes. Our classes make up an extremely important part of our club offering. You’ll need to bring energy, positivity and passion to each class.

You’ll take a lead, inspiring members throughout their fitness journey, educating them and helping them to reach their goals. You’ll do this by creating a positive and inclusive environment.

Customer service will be at the heart of everything you do. Meeting and greeting class participants, guiding them through the warm-up and the class. At Hybrid, we like our members to feel at home. Getting to know them individually is key to our offering.

The Role Includes:

• Help members reach their health and fitness goals.
• Deliver S&C Classes and other group fitness sessions.
• You’re a passionate fitness professional so you’ll naturally work hard to maintain the highest professional standards.
• General gym duties; cleaning, making sure the space is tidy and inviting.
• Promote the gym across social

• A genuine passion for health and fitness.
• Trainers who genuinely care about members and are prepared to go above and beyond for them.
• Approachable and comfortable on the gym floor. You will be able to engage with members and be an active member of the team.
