The Role

As the new Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for prepping, cooking and presenting great food while working within a fast paced kitchen.. Your main role will be to create great food for our guests within our venues while maintaining responsibility for your area and ensuring you adhere to all applicable company and government H&S and food hygiene standards. Working as part of an enthusiastic and creative team you will have the opportunity to influence our pizza crust menu and work in a growing and exciting environment.

About You

As the new Chef De Partie you will be a team player and someone who is passionate about the food they create. You will be proactive in your approach and always looking at ways to improve. Positive, career focussed and inclusive you will be used to working in a high tempo environment and ready to help with the growth of the business. Self motivated, efficient and dedicated in your approach you will be a great communicator and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team. 

Experience You Will Need

  • Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role
  • A good understanding of health and safety and HACCAP
  • An understanding of food controls and stock management
  • A basic knowledge of labour control
