Duty Manager

We are recruiting for part time Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a friendly and fun school based sports centre. Shifts are evenings and weekends. Ideally we're looking for someone to work 21.75 hours per week but consideration will be given if the right candidate cannot fulfil all the available shifts. Employment is on a salaried basis with the ideal candidate required to work the same shifts each week. 

Due to its part time nature the role would suit a person who would like to continue with their current employment alongside. The position would be perfect for someone who is looking into taking the next step into a supervisory / management position. 

We ideally require candidates to hold an NPLQ certificate, if not, they should be willing to undertake this qualification.

Candidates do not require previous experience of a similar role within the Leisure Industry but previous supervisory experience would be advantageous.
