What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for the management of the Food & Beverage & Retail combined operation at Low Wray Campsite, ensuring commercial success, achieving financial targets and maximising income and profitability while consistently exceeding our visitors' expectations.

Responsible for recruiting, training & developing a fantastic, service focused team & embedding National Trust Holidays, Food & Beverage & Retail standards.

You will lead a culture of exceptional service within your team.
