Food & Beverage Team Leader - Llandeilo

Summary

Hours: 1950 annualised hours per year / roughly 37.5 hours per week. 

Regular weekend working will be required, but there’ll be no late nights, early mornings, or split shifts.  The majority of hours will be worked between approximately 09:00-18:00. You'll work more hours during the summer/peak season and less in the winter, but you'll be paid the same each month.

Salary: £20,124 per annum

Duration: This is a permanent role which offers realistic salary progression based on annual reviews.

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

Bydd angen gweithio'n rheolaidd ar benwythnosau, ond ni fydd nosweithiau hwyr, boreau cynnar, na sifftiau wedi'u rhannu.  Bydd y rhan fwyaf o oriau yn cael eu gweithio rhwng tua 09:00-18:00. Byddwch yn gweithio mwy o oriau yn ystod tymor yr haf/brig a llai yn y gaeaf, ond byddwch yn cael eich talu yr un fath bob mis.

What you'll be doing

Ensuring the team are competently trained and compliant with relevant legislation, you’ll also make sure every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

Interviews: This is an immediate start, interviews will be held by appointment on receiving applications.

You will not be required to work nights, split shifts and will be off on Christmas Day and Boxing Day as the property is fully closed to the public.

You will receive a bespoke induction on appointment and further professional training & development opportunities are available
