Purpose of the role:

Working in a fast, high-energy environment, our Go-Karting team are here to deliver a Leisure experience that our guests will value and remember. You'll be tasked with the set-up, closedown, and day-to-day operation of the attraction with a keen attention to detail and safety throughout.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for completing safety checks on the Go-Karts and Track daily, with a keen eye and attention to detail.
Deliver a fun and value for money Go-Karting experience for our guests.
Promote the health and safety of yourself and other team members when working on the Go-Kart track.
Engage with all our guests and relate to a wide range of experience level.
Look for ways to exceed guest expectations and always be willing to go the extra mile.
Take pride in the Track area and always ensure it is pristine and presentable for every guest.

Be reliable and punctual always, to ensure we are always ready for our guests.
Ability to be versatile and flexible to support the needs of the Leisure and Resort operation.
Ability to effectively engage with guests of all ages to ensure their safety and make their day a memorable one.
