The Grand York
We are looking for an experienced fine dining restaurant manager to deliver the launch of our new restaurant, Legacy. You will cover all aspects of Front of House operations, whilst liaising with our Kitchen brigade to ensure the the highest standards of service are met.

About us:

Your role in our family:
Key responsibilities to your role:
- Meeting and greeting guests.
- Lead, Manage, and Inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Manage cost and revenue in all areas of the restaurant without impacting quality
- Managing the full restaurant team
- Respond to all guest enquiries, including conflict resolution
- Full ownership over delivering 5* standards, including training and development of the team.
- Liaise with suppliers.
- Responsible for Health and Safety and Food Safety legislation requirements.
