Chef de Partie - Bristol Airport  - £500 Joining Bonus

Subsidised A3 Weston Flyer restarts on 3rd April!

Now we pay more! Everyone regardless of age starts on £13.67 per hour.

Previous experience in similar role is required.

But...we can give you more!

• £500 joining bonus
• For our early birds! You will earn an extra £4 per hour for hours worked between 12am and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £17.67per hour!
• An ability to earn the additional £1 more per hour until 21st September 2022!
• Additionally, when you start before 6am you will also earn an extra £1.50 per hour for the remainder of that shift!

During summer period (26th May - 31st August) we are introducing fantastic schemes for all hourly paid colleagues and Managers! (T&C apply)

• £500 retention payment
• £5 extra per hour for all hours worked over 30h

We are looking for Full Time Chefs de Partie ready to accept this hands-on role and lead our kitchen team at Bristol Airport.
As a Chef de Partie you will work a variety of shifts between1am-11pm but with our friendly atmosphere and shared passion for food, you will feel like it’s your second home.

We are looking for someone who:

• Supervises and takes a part of food preparation process 
• Have ability to keep team motivated to work up to high standards
• Have a strong sense of managing portion control and waste 
• Is able to coach the team in regards to FIFO and Hygiene & Food Safety and making sure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and food rotation are met at all times
• Works well under pressure
• Is ready for the next step in their career with us!

Requirements for Chef:

• Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. (Airports)
• Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Previous experience in similar role is required
